mindful breathing, warm up, asana sequence, guided relaxation

During the class we focus on our breath and we try to connect it with the movement. We stay aware of the sensations in the body and we take time to enter every asana mindfully.

During this 1:1 practice we focus on what you need most, before our first class we have a 15 minutes interview where I gather informations about your physical and/or emotional/energetical issues in order to personalize our class to serve you best. 

You feel that your mind is restless and you need more peace and grounding in your life. We'll work on that. Perhaps you are fatigued and you need an energy boost. We are going to find that inner fire.

There are yogic practices that helps us find what we need within ourselves in order to lead a serene and fulfilling life.
